This exact 48-inch configuration connects to tractors equipped with a Category 1 three-point hitch and is powered through the tractor’s 540 RPM PTO system. Titan recommends the 48-inch model for tractors in the 18 to 30 HP range.

Its cutting system uses three heat-treated, replaceable blades positioned beneath the steel mower deck. The three-blade configuration provides a 48-inch cutting width, while a wide rear-discharge opening distributes grass clippings behind the mower instead of concentrating discharge to one side.

Cutting height is adjustable from approximately 0.4 to 3.2 inches through the mower’s adjustable wheel-bracket system. This allows the implement to be configured for different maintained-grass heights and mowing requirements.

A floating hitch design allows the mower deck to follow changes in ground contour while the gauge wheels remain in contact with the surface. This helps the deck maintain a more consistent relationship with the ground when mowing across moderately uneven terrain.
